For our guests
We will prepare and have ready facial masks and hand disinfectants for you during our tours at all times.
Our guides
All BOUTIQUE JTB tour guides are required to monitor and maintain their daily health condition. As a daily routine, our guides will wear facial masks, wash and sanitize hands, secure social distance and measure their temperatures as measures to prevent infection. If our tour guide is found to have a fever of 37.5 ° or higher, they may be replaced in order to avoid risk of infection.
Our tour guides will proceed with the full understanding of our health and safety guidelines as pertaining to each of our business partners.
Private chartered vehicle
The private vehicles which we prepare for you will be sanitized and disinfected, and appropriate ventilation will be maintained during travel.
Accommodation
We work with and recommend accommodation which have measures in place to avoid risk of COVID-19 infection, such as securing social distance and minimizing contact between guests and accommodation staff, staff wearing facial masks whenever possible, and maintaining cleanliness and disinfection by appropriate sanitation.
Meals - wherever possible, buffet-style meals have been replaced with set menus. When buffet-style meals are served, the accommodation staff will take appropriate measures, such as serving dishes on individual small plates or separating meals into individual servings.
Restaurants
We work with and recommend restaurants which have measures in place to avoid risk of COVID-19 infection, such as securing social distance and minimize contact between guests and serving staff, staff wearing facial masks whenever possible, maintaining cleanliness and disinfection by appropriate sanitation, and appropriate ventilation in case indoors.
Wherever possible, we will recommend you a private room.
Tourist sights and Venues
Each sight or venue operates with measures in place to avoid risk of COVID-19 infection, such as securing social distance, staff wearing facial masks whenever possible, maintaining cleanliness and disinfection by appropriate sanitation, appropriate ventilation in case indoors, and limiting the number of guests entering at one time and the duration of each visit.
In case for experiences, wherever possible, we will recommend you a private option.
