Japan will fully reopen its borders to international leisure travel!

We share news with heartfelt joy that Japan will finally reopen its borders to international leisure travel on OCT 11, 2022.

 

After more than two years of tight border restrictions and Visa waiver program suspension, our country is ready to have the full opening for inbound travels.

With effective from OCT 11, 2022, the ceiling of the number of entrants into Japan will be lifted completely, as well as the Visa waiver program will be restored.

With these new policies, Japan is welcoming all the visitors including independent leisure travelers.

 

For the time being, we are expecting the updated policies from JATA (Japan Association of Travel Agency) and JTA (Ministry of Tourism) towards health and safety for the entry in Japan and during guests stay such as Vaccination Requirements, Covid 19 Negative Result Certificate, My-SOS fast track App, Health insurance, masks mandate and other important measurements.

We will keep you notified once any official information is announced from JATA and JTA.
