First of all, it gives us a great pleasure to take this opportunity to express heartfelt appreciation to our valued customers for maintaining great partnership with us even amid devastating pandemic.

Second of all, on behalf of our company, I would like to express condolences to those who has lost lives or being infected by COVID-19 in your country.We sincerely hope that our valued business partners are still safe and sound under the serious circumstances.
 

It has been almost a year since new coronavirus has started to spread out throughout the world. Ever since then, as we all are experiencing, it has turned out to be the biggest challenging issue for whole tourism industry in decades. Everyone is obliged to minimize cash out and adjust its business model to new-normal way to survive. The uncertainty of this pandemic is also enforcing every one of the players to rethink whether to pivot or persist in order to exist in the future market. Likewise, as leading DMC in Japan, JTBGMT is now on the way to realign its function properly to adapt With/After COVID-19 environment and to tighten our partnership stronger than ever in the future. Rest assured that we are ready to survive to ensure your bookings and requirements in due course.

In addition, we are working hard with Japan Association of Travel Agency and Ministry of Tourism in Japan to open up Japan Leisure Inbound Track based on the "Bubble Tour" regulation to avoid from the outbreak and produce safety inbound travel to Japan.

Since Tokyo2020 is expected to be held next year with many spectators from abroad, it is needless to mention that preparation for safety prioritized accommodation under the critical environment is mandatory. Hence, we will keep on suggesting and supporting the government for relaxation towards Leisure Track and execution of the Bubble Tour under the secured condition. "The way it was" is yet to come or it may take time to turn out to be ideal new-normal environment.
