UPDATED: Cancellation of JTB Sunrise Tours

As for the world-wide spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Japanese government, as well as other countries all over the world, has implemented travel restrictions, and we have already announced that we had cancelled our directly-operated tours and all the products containing any unavailable service until the end of August, 2020.
In addition to that, in the light of the state of emergency declared by the government, we decided to prolong the period until the end of September, 2020 as follows.

3. Action We Take

JTB Sunrise Tours is going to cancel all the applicable booking records and reimburse the whole tour fare to the customers. We will work on the procedure in order from the earliest departure date.
