JTB Global Marketing & Travel has revised its management philosophy as of April 1, 2025, aiming for further growth.

In 2005, the Inbound Travel Division of JTB became independent, giving birth to JTB Global Marketing & Travel (JTBGMT). We inherited the hospitality know-how cultivated through our industry-leading performance and have developed our core business around our founding mission of welcoming foreign guests to Japan. However, as the market environment diversifies, we need to evolve further and contribute to society in new ways.

Our vision is to create global exchanges that connect Japan and the world.

As we mark the 20th anniversary of JTBGMT's establishment, we are united as employees in our commitment to contribute to the realization of a rich and peaceful society. We will do this by connecting Japan (its regions, people, culture, etc.) with the world through various means (our unique business models) to promote mutual understanding.
